Tasting notes: Notes of orange, stone fruit, and malt, with a soft acidity and a long
aftertaste.

Suggested roast profile: Don’t go too dark, can bring out a bitter taste. Roasting just past
medium brings a darker color and a hint of chocolate, without taking away from the
flavor of the bean itself. Works great for brewed and espresso.
