Barista

Baker
Based at our Whitmore Lake roaster, the baker’s responsibilities include compiling the daily orders, checking inventories and ordering supplies, baking to exacting standards, cleaning/sanitizing equipment and delivering the final product. Must have valid drivers license and the ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Experience preferred. Schedule is generally 11 to 8pm, 5 days a week. Assistant to Roaster
Based at our Whitmore Lake roaster, this position reports directly to the Master Roaster and will help with all coffee roasting procedures, including using roasting equipment, packaging, following coffee profiles, lifting and/or moving 150 lb. coffee bags with use of hi-lo.
Must be able to work within a system. Multi-tasking, organization and efficiency skills are needed.
Work schedule 2-3 days, 9 to 5 pm. Working some weekends and around holidays may be needed at peak times.
The ideal candidates will have demonstrated initiative and a proactive work ethic with an ability to learn, grow and excel.
